Android Device Manager Internal Server Error 500

I've been having an issue lately with Android Device Manager. From my main Google account I am getting "Internal Server Error 500" when going to the device manager website https://www.google.com/android/devicemanager. It happens from my laptop and from all of my other devices using any browser. I've tried my wife's account and an older account that I rarely use anymore and the page loads just fine from the same devices. Not sure, but iIt almost seems like something is screwed up in my account somewhere. It is completely annoying.

Yes. It's very annoying. Google makes it next to impossible to report these kind if issues. I wouldn't even know where to start. If you happen to find a resolution please let me know.
