Removing a publication means it will no longer be available in users’ libraries, or remain browsable in Google News. Your publication will be removed from Google News within 24 hours of unpublishing.
Open the Publisher Center.
Select your Web publication.
Click on the Review & Publish tab.
- Under the “Publishing status” section, click Unpublish.
You'll be prompted with a confirmation message.
To unpublish the publication, in the confirmation window, click Unpublish.
When you unpublish your publication, it remains available in the Google News Publisher Center as a draft. You can republish your edition at any time.
Content from your Crawled Paths may still surface in Google News. You have the option to stop Google News web-crawl. Learn how to stop Google News from crawling your webpages.
