As a principle, creating an edition in Google News Producer or submitting your content to be crawled through the Google News Publisher Centre shouldn't interfere with your site’s ranking in search engines. Participation in an advertising programme such as AdSense has no effect on inclusion or ranking of your site in Google News, or on any other Google search engine. Google News does not accept payment to expedite or improve a site's search appearance or ranking.
