To build strong relationships with your readers and reduce churn, you can customise emails. If you make your emails more engaging and personalised, you can:
- Reiterate your value proposition.
- Promote a deeper connection with your audience.
Tip: The customised email feature is available to all partners who have:
- Completed their Reader Revenue Manager Enterprise implementation
- At least one publication with a paywall set up

Customise email templates
- Open Publisher Center.
- Select your publication with a paywall enabled.
- Click Reader Revenue Manager Enterprise.
- At the top right of 'Reader Revenue Manager Enterprise', click More options.
- Under 'More options', select Email customisations.
- Select the message template you want to customise.
- Click Edit message.
- Tip: Currently, we only support customisations for Billing reminder.
- Add your custom message in the text box
- Tip: You can choose to include benefits associated with the offer in your email template when you check the 'Add benefits' tick box below the text box.
- To send yourself a customised email template with your changes, click Send test email.
- If you've finalised a customised version, click Publish.
- Once your template is published, it's included in all billing reminder emails sent out to your subscribers.
