Google has implemented a logic that allows content to be published based on minimum requirements gated by our internal system instead of requiring human curation. This means that once minimum publication requirements for a certain territory are met, content will publish automatically within that territory. As soon as more components are delivered and other territories' requirements are met, the title will go live in the additional countries, too.

Preorders only require artwork, metadata (including title and description), ratings (when applicable) and allowed languages, to go live. A trailer is not strictly necessary though if a trailer exists, it must be provided.

How to use Playable sequences on Google

Playable sequences now allows you to publish a single video package across multiple territories i.e. component deliveries versus flat file deliveries.
This will ease pre-delivery processing and increase the velocity of the delivery supply chain, as well as having a significant impact on the user experience.
For example, in CH we can have up to three instances of the same title by language; German, French, and Italian. With Playable Sequences, the user will instead now be presented a single instance of the title with multi-audio selections within the user experience.
Background
A Playable Sequence is a mechanism for playing two or more presentations in sequence.
For example, assets such as "Rating Cards", "Health Warnings", "Anti-Piracy Warnings" and "Dubbing Credits" can now be included in your delivery package in separate elements, as part of a Playable Sequence.
Post Production Houses
To date, PPHs have been delivering territory-specific packages. Now, PPHs can create one package with multiple experiences defined from a common set of components, including a single video track.
Studios
There are no required changes from studios at this time. However, with Playable Sequence support, studios will no longer need to stitch separate video components together. Studios can simply deliver the main video component and each ancillary territory-specific pre/post-roll component to the relevant PPH, who will package your components into a Playable Sequence per the MMC specification.

Note: There is no requirement to map the Clip Sequence to WorkType.(i.e -5 will not always = "Antipiracy")
The only requirement is that the Clip Sequence numbers must be in numerical order(i.e -5, -4, -3 etc)
