Google does not use this column for any purpose. You can provide SRP information, but it will not affect actual storefront retail pricing.
This column was included in the EMA Avails spec per the request of other digital retailers. They wanted the ability to request both WSP (via PriceType and PriceValue) and SRP for a single avail line item. Google relies on the "PriceType" and "PriceValue" columns for pricing information. SRP declares the Suggested Retail Price in local currency for that avail line item, the entry must be a number (e.g., 7 or 7.99).
