Is phone support available?

The Google Mini is supported through an online-only model. Our support team is available via e-mail, and is more than happy to help you with any support that you need while deploying or maintaining the Google Mini. The support team is comprised of Google engineers who are specialized in Google's enterprise search technologies. We also have an extremely comprehensive support site, with documentation, FAQs, online training, and discussion forums.

Because the Google Mini is an appliance, you won't have to troubleshoot any hardware problems. If there is a hardware problem with your Google Mini, we will request a replacement unit for you. We typically ship via Overnight express and this literally means Overnight if the shipment is requested prior to the ship cutoff time. You can copy over a few configuration files along with your crawl patterns, and your replacement Mini will be up and running.
