My Messenger accoun got temporarily block because of using the same phone number for two messengers

Question

I had a Messenger account opened up with my phone number then I tried to open up a Facebook account and then i got me another messenger account which I confirmed with my phone number the same one I used as before. now when I tried to go back to my old account it says my account has been blocked for messenger because I was using the same phone number for two different messengers .  How can I get back my previous messenger account
