Disapproved accounts, feeds, or items


Common reasons for disapproval 


You might be able to fix disapproved accounts, feeds, or items without submitting this form. Disapprovals happen when requirements haven't been met from the the Google Shopping policies and the Products Feed Specification. Here are the most common reasons for disapproval and what you can do:


To better understand the disapprovals in your account, use the Diagnostics tab or check the email sent to your technical contact.

Please sign in to https://merchants.google.com to retrieve your account id, located at the right hand corner of the page.
Please enter your numeric account ID without any spaces or symbols.
The email id you use to login to your merchant center account.
Please sign in to https://ads.google.com/home/ to retrieve your customer ID, located at the top right hand corner of the page. You can also find the ID of the Google Ads account(s) linked to your Merchant Center account in the Google Ads section of the Settings tab. 
Please enter a valid Google Ads customer ID (XXX-XXX-XXXX).
