Edit the availability for all regions to be the same as your online store

Why this issue is happening

The availability [availability] that you've listed in your product data for one or more of your products' regional overrides doesn't match the availability listed on the landing page for that product in those regions. This could be true for one or more products and one or more regions.

For example, let's say you sell honey and the availability for honey in a particular region is listed in your product data as in stock, but the availability for that region on the landing page is listed as out of stock. This results in a mismatch. If a product from even one region is mismatched, the whole product will be disapproved. As a result your offer has been taken down.

How to fix your issue

To resolve this issue, update the regional availability in your product data to match the availability listed on the landing page.

Fix products one by one directly in Merchant Center

Step 1Navigate to Products in Merchant Center, then select the Needs attention tab.

Step 2Use the filter icon above the table to find all products affected by your issue.

Step 3Click on the title of the product you want to fix, then click Edit product.

Step 4Update the availability [availability] for all regions to be the same as your online store.

Step 5Select Save.

Fix multiple products at once

Step 1Navigate to Products in Merchant Center, then select the Needs attention tab.

Step 2Use the filter icon above the table to find all products affected by your issue.

Step 3Select the Download icon to download a list (.csv) of all affected products for all issues or this particular issue.

Step 4Cross reference the downloaded list with your uploaded product data, and update the availability [availability] for all regions to be the same as your online store.

Step 5Reupload your corrected product data to Merchant Center using your chosen upload method.

Next steps

After making the requested changes, check that you’ve fixed the issue by making sure it’s no longer listed on the “Needs attention” page.

Keep in mind: It may take some time for your change to be reflected on the “Needs attention” page.
