Reasons why the issue is happening

One or more store codes in your local inventory data that refers to a linked Business Profile that has been identified as suspended or disabled. Business Profiles that don’t follow our guidelines may be suspended or disabled. If you believe your profile should be reinstated, you can submit an appeal.

How to fix your issue

Step 1Review the guidelines to represent your business on Google.

Step 2After your profile meets guidelines, you can request an appeal.

Step 3If your appeal is approved, reupload your inventory data to the Merchant Center using your chosen upload method.

Note: It can take up to 24 hours for your Business Profile changes to reflect on Merchant Center.
