Review your inventory verification contact status

To validate the contact you provide for inventory verification, Google emails the address. Follow the steps below to see the status of your contact validation:

  1. Sign in to your Merchant Center account.
  2. Click the tools icon Tools and setting menu icon [Gear], then click Local inventory ads setup or Free local listings setup under “Tools”.
  3. Find the relevant country’s program bar.
  4. See the status next to the "Inventory verification contact" field.

Your inventory verification contact may be:

  • Verified: No further action needed.
  • Not verified: Have the contact check for an email from Google with instructions on how to verify their address.
Without an inventory verification contact, you can't request inventory verification from Google.
