To validate the contact you provide for inventory verification, Google emails the address. Follow the steps below to see the status of your contact validation:
- Sign in to your Merchant Center account.
- Click the tools icon , then click Local inventory ads setup or Free local listings setup under “Tools”.
- Find the relevant country’s program bar.
- See the status next to the "Inventory verification contact" field.
Your inventory verification contact may be:
- Verified: No further action needed.
- Not verified: Have the contact check for an email from Google with instructions on how to verify their address.
- If we can’t reach your inventory verification contact, repeat the steps above to submit another inventory verification contact.
Without an inventory verification contact, you can't request inventory verification from Google.
