You must supply values for both the collection method [pickup_method] attribute and the collection SLA [pickup_sla] attribute. If you do not add both the collection method [pickup_method] attribute and the collection SLA [pickup_sla] attribute to your local products feed, you may receive the error messages below.
Note: If an offer doesn't have either the collection method [pickup_method] or the collection SLA [pickup_sla] attribute, you won't receive any error messages because Google regards the offer as not eligible for click and collect.
Error messages
- Collection SLA is missing: Google cannot enable the click and collect feature for the item until it has the collection SLA
[pickup_sla]attribute.- Collection method is missing: Google cannot enable the click and collect feature for the item until it has the collection method
[pickup_method]attribute.- Conflicting values for click and collect: Google cannot enable the click and collect feature for the item unless the combination of click and collect attributes (such as collection method
[pickup_method], collection SLA[pickup_sla]or availability[availability]) is compatible.
Fix click and collect errors
To fix missing attribute errors, upload a local products feed with both the collection method [pickup_method] and the collection SLA [pickup_sla] attributes. In the case of conflicting value errors, submit compatible values for the click and collect attributes.
