What's the problem?

Your item's landing page is missing microdata for the item's condition. Learn more about microdata

Why should you fix this?

By adding microdata to your website, we can detect any mismatches between your product data and your landing page faster. This helps you to ensure your product data is accurate on Shopping ads and allows users to find the precise product they're looking for.

How can you fix this?

  1. From the Diagnostics tab, download a report on the items that are missing condition microdata.
  2. Review your items' landing pages and make sure they contain microdata for condition. You can use the Structured Data Testing tool to help you debug any issues.
  3. After we've verified that your microdata contains condition information, the notification in the Diagnostics tab will be removed. This may take up to several weeks.
  4. To prevent this from happening in the future, make sure to use condition microdata on your landing pages.
