Where will my promotions appear?

Your promotions appear alongside Product Shopping ads on Google.com and Google Shopping. The promotion will be shown on products eligible for the promotion as a "special offer" link on Google.com and Google Shopping, with a "structured promotion" link on mobile, which displays the offer amount and benefit type.

How do I get my promotion to appear on Shopping ads on Google.com and Google Shopping?

If a promotion is for specific products, it will be added to items mapped with the promotion on Google.com and Google Shopping. Promotion mapping is done in the products Feed. Learn more about creating and submitting promotions. When displayed, promotions appear with your Product Shopping ads as "special offer" links. If a promotion is for all products, it will appear with all the Product Shopping ads that appear in Google.com. 

Note: The use of promotions will not affect your ranking in Google.com or Google Shopping.

What URL does Google use when users click on the "SHOP" button on a promotion?

Shoppers will land on the link attribute value specified in your Google Shopping feed. This location is the same as if they had clicked on the product landing page.

How much does it cost to show promotions with my Product Shopping ads?

Promotions that are added to your Product Shopping ads in Google.com and Google Shopping do not incur additional costs, though Costs-Per-Click (CPCs) do still apply. 

Can multiple promotions be mapped to an item? How will they appear in Google Shopping and Google.com?
Up to 10 promotion_ids can be mapped to one item in the products feed. Google Shopping shows up to 5 promotions per item. The order the promotions appear are organized by product_applicability; promotions with SPECIFIC_PRODUCTS product_applicability are prioritized, then promotions with ALL_PRODUCTS product_applicability
How can I add the mobile annotation to my Shopping ads?
No additional action is required to add a mobile annotation to your Product Shopping ads. Once your promotion has been approved per policy and SKU guidelines, it will be visible on both Google.com and Google Shopping on desktop and mobile. 
Note: Promotion links on mobile will not appear with "special offer" links. Instead, mobile promotions will showcase the actual promotion (i.e.: "Code: 5% off, min $25).
