Why this issue is happening
When multiple handling business days or transit business days are configured to the same country or the same offer to all the countries, it creates ambiguity to select which attribute to choose, so neither of the attributes are chosen.
How to fix your issue
Navigate to the Products section in your Merchant Center account, then select the Needs Attention tab.
Use the filter icon
above the table to find all products affected by this issue.
Select the download icon
to download a list (.csv) of all affected products for all issues or this particular issue.
Cross-reference the downloaded list with your uploaded product data, and make sure you don’t have multiple business days configurations for the same offer or country that are conflicting with each other.
Reupload your corrected product data to Merchant Center using your chosen upload method.

After making the requested changes, check that you’ve fixed the issue by making sure it’s no longer listed on the “Needs attention” page.
