About brand profile on Google Search

Your brand profile will showcase product pictures, brand imagery and business information.

  • Visual ways to showcase your brand: You can display your business information, delivery policies, latest products and attractive deals with readily available discount codes.
  • Improved shopper interactions: Shoppers can view key details like your business information, promotions, delivery policies and videos.
Note: Brand profile will be rolling out to e-commerce retailers over the coming months. 

How it works

The information displayed on the brand profile is sourced from your website, Google Merchant Center account, third-party licensed data and publicly available sources. This information is used to create an accurate, informative and engaging profile. Learn more about how Google sources and uses information in the brand profile.

The information on the profile is currently automatically updated. Some information such as promotions, products and delivery details, return policies and social media links can be updated in Google Merchant Center.

Note: Currently, the 'trending products' feature is only available in some countries. We plan to roll out this feature globally in the upcoming year.

 

Today, if you see something that you think should be changed on a brand profile, you can submit feedback by following these steps:

  • Go to the three-dot menu 3 dot icon, then click Send feedback.
  • Alternatively, you can click Feedback at the bottom of the brand profile on the right-hand side.
