Common reasons for missing inventory data
Local inventory ads and free listings are opted in for all of your products. But all the products may not be available in your physical shops, which could lead to the missing inventory data error. If you're certain that the products shown with this error are available for free local listings and local inventory ads, review the following reasons:
- There may be missing required attributes like availability or shop code in your inventory data.
- If you're using pick up later with product data, ensure that:
- You provide supported values for the collection SLA

attribute - The availability

attribute of the products that can deliver to your shops must be in stock
- You provide supported values for the collection SLA
- You may have manually added inventory data in Merchant Center. To fix this, remove the manually added data and reupload it.
- Business Profiles for your physical shops may not be linked to your Merchant Center.
- If you've linked your shops using an email address, go to Business info and open the Shops tab. Then, click on 'View profiles' where it says 'There are additional Business Profiles associated with [email address] linked to this Merchant Center'.
- There may be issues with the linked Business Profiles, like Unclaimed or Disabled Business Profile or missing shop codes.
- If you've linked your Google Business Profiles using an email address, all of your business groups will be linked to the Merchant Center account. To check for Business Profile errors or missing shop codes, review the business groups in your Google Business Manager.
