The YouTube Shopping affiliate program enables merchants to put their products in the spotlight on YouTube. Eligible creators can tag products in their YouTube videos, Shorts, and live streams, which allows viewers to shop while they watch.

Get started

In Google Merchant Center, go to the left-navigation menu and select “YouTube affiliate” under the “Marketing” section. Manage your YouTube Shopping affiliate program by accessing tabs located under the dashboard header.

The “Overview” tab

The “Overview” tab helps you manage program settings including but not limited to:

  • Analytics shows an analytics snapshot from the last 28 days that highlights components such as Sales, Commissions, Clicks, Orders, and Commission rate from the “Analytics” tab.
  • Settings shows your affiliate program’s status, default and custom commission rates, and other program information.
  • Guidance cards provide recommendations on how to optimize your performance in the YouTube Shopping affiliate program.
