What are Google Customer Reviews?
Google Customer Reviews is a program in Merchant Center that lets you gather feedback from your customers with one click on your checkout page after they complete a purchase.
Google Customer Reviews vs. Google Business Profile Reviews
Google Customer Reviews are different from Google Business Profile reviews, which are the public ratings visible on Google Maps and Search. Anyone with a Google account can write a Business Profile review, but only your verified buyers contribute to the Google Customer Reviews. Google Customer reviews appear on Google Shopping, Google Ads, and directly on your website via a badge.
