Configure your account

This page explains how to sign up for the Google Customer Reviews feature within your Google Merchant Center account.

Note: If you already have a Google Merchant Center account, skip to 2.

1. Create a Merchant Center account

  1. Visit merchants.google.com.
  2. Click Create an account, and follow the prompts to sign up.

2. Opt in to Google Customer Reviews

  1. In Merchant Center, make sure your account is verified and claimed.
  2. Click the Settings & tools icon Tools and setting menu icon [Gear].
  3. Select Add-ons.
  4. Find the “Google Customer Reviews” add-on card under the “Discover” tab.
  5. Click Activate.
