These instructions apply to meeting hosts using Google Meet hardware. For help with Google Meet on Web, Android, and iOS, go to the Google Meet Help Center.
When you use "Take notes for me," Gemini automatically takes notes in your Google Meet meetings, letting you focus on the discussion. You can start, stop, and manage "Take notes for me" from your Meet hardware devices, including your touch screen or touch controller. This means that you don't need to join a meeting from a laptop or using Companion mode.
Depending on your “Take notes for me” settings, after a meeting ends, Meet emails the notes link to the organizer and participants. Gemini saves the document in the host's Google Drive's Meet folder, and the notes are attached to the Google Calendar event.
