My son cannot get on Google Meet sessions.
- using a district-issued Chromebook
- trying to connect to a Google Meet hosted by a teacher within the same education domain
- stuck on "getting ready" page
- everyone else (other 12 students) had no problem getting into the meet
- tried to join another Meet session hosted by a different individual within the same education domain. He couldn't get into that session either (stuck on the same "getting ready" page)
- when using the same login from a different (non-district-issued) device, he can get in right away
- we also cleared cache, rebooted the Chromebook
What is causing this problem? Is there a setting in Chromebook or in a browser, or a Google Meet that prevents a user from joining?
