Present during a video call

You can present your entire screen or a specific window in a meeting. While you present, you can share information such as documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and more.

Present during a video call 

To present your mobile screen, start a broadcast:

  1. Join a video call.
  2. Tap the screen and then tap More More
  3. Tap Share screen  and then Start Broadcast.
  4. Everything on your screen is presented to all video call participants. 

Tip: You can present your screen even if someone else is already presenting.

To stop presenting your mobile screen, stop a broadcast:

  1. On your video call screen, tap Stop sharing  and then Ok.

Join only to present 

When you join to present, only your window or application is shown in the video call. No audio or other video is shared.

  1. Open the Meet app Meet app:
    • Tap a video call from your upcoming meetings or
    • Tap Join with code to enter with a code or nickname.

Tip: You can only use nicknames with people in your organization. This feature is currently only available to G Suite users.

  1. Instead of tapping Join, Tap Share Screen.
  2. In the "About screen sharing" window, tap Continue.
  3. In the video call, tap Start Broadcast.

Tip: You can present your screen even if someone else is already presenting.
