Upload Sketch files to Gallery with the Gallery Plugin

Upload artboards to Gallery

1. Open your design work in Sketch. 
2. Click Plugins > Gallery > Upload to Gallery. 
   
   
    
3. If it's your first time using the plugin, follow the on-screen instructions to sign in to your Google account. 
4. Name the new project or use the dropdown menu to find an existing Gallery project. Why isn't my project appearing in the dropdown menu?
   
   
    
5. Click Upload.
6. A window will pop up. Click View to open the collection in Gallery.

Upload selected artboards

 

1. To upload selected artboards, press Command and select each artboard  in the Layer Panel before opening the Gallery Plugin.
   
   
    
2. Click Plugins > Gallery > Upload to Gallery. 
   
   
    
3. Select  Selected artboards.
   
    
    
4. Click Upload.

 

  

Update existing Gallery projects

1. Click Plugins > Gallery > Upload to Gallery. 
2. Select Update existing iteration.
   
    
    
3. Click Upload.

Upload artboards to a shared Gallery project

All editors of a shared project can upload artboards to Gallery using the Gallery Plugin.  

1. Click Plugins > Gallery > Upload to Gallery.
   
    
    
2. Locate the shared project in the project dropdown list.
   
   
    
3. Locate the shared collection in the collection dropdown list.
   
   
    
4. Click Upload.
