Platform Home additional terms
By clicking the “Accept” button below (if applicable), or by using the Google Marketing Platform user interface through which you can access certain suite-level services and functionality (“Platform Home”), you and Company (as defined below) agree to these terms (as modified from time to time, the “Additional Terms”), which amend the applicable terms governing your use of the Google Marketing Platform product(s) (the “Underlying Terms”). In the event of a conflict between the Additional Terms and the Underlying Terms, the Additional Terms will govern and control. For purposes of the Additional Terms, “Company” means the customer entity that accepted the Underlying Terms governing use of the Google Marketing Platform product that is hereby being linked to this Google Marketing Platform organization. If no new Google Marketing Platform product is hereby being linked to this organization, then “Company” means the entity on whose behalf you are using the Platform Home. For clarity, Google Marketing Platform products include but are not limited to Analytics 360, Attribution 360, Optimize 360, Surveys 360, Tag Manager 360, their respective standard versions (if applicable), Data Studio, Display & Video 360, and Search Ads 360. If you are accepting these Additional Terms on behalf of Company, you represent and warrant that (i) you have full legal authority to bind Company to the Additional Terms, (ii) you have read and understand the Additional Terms, and (iii) you agree, on behalf of Company, to the Additional Terms. If you do not have the legal authority to bind Company, please do not click the "Accept" button below.
If Company links a Google Marketing Platform product (including accounts for any free versions of a Google Marketing Platform product) to a Google Marketing Platform organization, certain data from Company’s Google Marketing Platform product account and/or data related to or derived from Company's use of the Platform Home may be shared within the Google Marketing Platform organization, made accessible to any entity or personnel with access to the Google Marketing Platform organization, and will be subject to applicable settings in the Platform Home. Notwithstanding Company’s data sharing settings within any of the Google Marketing Platform accounts linked to such Google Marketing Platform organization, Google support representatives may have access to the Google Marketing Platform organization and its data for the purpose of troubleshooting or servicing the Google Marketing Platform organization.
Google may modify these Additional Terms from time to time. Notice of such modification may be provided via an in-product notification or made available at https://marketingplatform.google.com/terms. Changes will not apply retroactively and will become effective no sooner than 14 days after they are posted. If Company does not agree to the modified Additional Terms, Company must discontinue Company’s use of the Platform Home. No amendment to or modification of the Additional Terms will be binding unless (x) in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of Google, (y) Company accepts updated terms online, or (z) Company continues to use the Platform Home after Google has posted updates to the Additional Terms.
