green lines on streets are appearing

Can you post a screenshot of what you're seeing, and give more details of what you're trying to do when you see these green lines.

It looks like you have the cycling layer enabled. Click on the diamond icon in the upper right hand corner of the screen, and uncheck "cycling".  That should clear it.

Why does this image below show up in residential home area on google maps? It’s not affected by zooming or street view. It Still shows white area with one solid green line across one section.

That imagery is just a glitch on the satellite imagery - nothing to worry about. It usually happens when sunlight reflects off a surface and causes the glitch.
