Welcome to the Google Maps Help Community! I‘m here to help.
Adding road is a very crucial process as google needs to verify that it exists before adding. It usually takes not less than 30 days and up to 6 months to get added.
Most times road are added by google themselves until recently that they launched a road mapped tool which some selected local guides can draw missing road.

Hi,
It looks like you didn't provide the "Street" part of the name I would recommend trying again but ensuring that you capture the entire name with no abbreviated words.

Your September 13th request did have the name fully spelled out. Did you make a new request with the road name fully spelled out, if so when did you do that?
