Can I tell google maps my maximum driving speed, to get a better time estimate?

I've run through every setting on google maps that I can find. I travel with an RV, and my maximum speed is 62mph. It is difficult to get a route time estimate on a long trip using the default speeds.

Hi Keith,

You won't find many Google Maps directions that assume a maximum speed over what you are limited to - Google does not try to encourage speeders. At the absolute worst case, on a purely freeway route with 0 expected traffic, your actual vs predicted time will only be at most 13% longer. On most normal routes, this will be an awful lot closer.

cruise control won't tell me when i should leave or which route is quicker  which is my actual question if you'd even read it.

I'm looking for a navigation app with this option as well: just enter your personal speed limit, and all calculations are being done taking this maximum speed into account. It would affect your ETA and the best (fastest) route. So I fully support proposals to implement this in Google Maps.

I have an antique car with top speed of 45.  Can't drive turnpike or highway.  Would like to know what my travel time is going max of 45mph.

Google now need to add these features to support electric vehicles.
Driving at or near the speed limit drains the battery faster.
I live near a motorway(freeway) and many of the destinations I drive to are near a junction.
Regularly, the ETA extends minute by minute because I'm driving at 60 not the usual 70.
Max speed on routing options very much wanted.

I drive a semi governed at 63mph and find it impossible to change Google Maps to show an average speed of 60mph to be more accurate. There are a few trucker apps out there that will help those driving RVs and towing vehicles that have an average speed limit setting

@Quincy Gouveia

neither TomTom nor Sygic have these options. I downloaded them thinking they would. Also they charge you to use the apps. It's sad that so many people want this feature, but Google likely won't produce it, because there is no way that it would make them any more money. I don't expect them to do things that don't make them money, but the human condition is sad. Nothing is worthwhile if it is not profitable

Sygic alsof has a truck app, which allows you to specify all kinds of things. From max speed to height and length of your combination

Google maps should have an advanced setting for users that allows you to put a percent of speed  If you were able to enter for example 90% it would allow those that go slower and/or make more stops to approximate the actual time google calculates.

The google map speed are unless;
because they have a
"We know better then your" attitude.
You can't adjust for rain sgtors, rush hour
or time of day.

I always drive between 5-9 mph over speed limit and I would love to get a close estimate on time. I am always getting to places with too much time to spare. You should be able to choose if you drive under, at, or over speed limit and by how much and it give a close estimate at that speed.

There should be a setting for people who drive the actual speed limit.

Being able to enter your own max speed would be a great feature for countless school activity buses that travel every day and are mechanically governed to a maximum speed (typically 55 MPH).  Folks driving kids on field trips and to school athletic events could use it to make more accurate estimates of travel times.
