Amazon Delivery is constantly being directed to a wrong address.

Amazon delivery issues would need to be directed to Amazon. Is your address correct on Google Maps or do you need assistance with fixing it?

Thank you for your reply. I have been told numerous times that this is a Google issue by the Amazon drivers. It is showing my address to Amazon where I have put the red dot, they are using Google Maps with a Android Device. That is a housing development on the other side of the canal. This also happens to others using a Android Device when I send them my address.

To report directions, you can only use a computer. Please follow these steps:
1. Enter the directions
2. Click on the result to see the step by step directions
3. Click Send feedback in the bottom right hand corner
4. Click the flag next to the incorrect step
5. Click Other problems with this step and describe the issue
6. Click Submit
To report the missing driveway, please follow these steps:
Desktop
1. Click Send feedback in the bottom right hand corner
2. Click Missing road
3. Click the map where the missing road should be
4. Do not enter any road name details
5. Enter the details in the Other field. You can mention the GPS coordinates here by writing something like, "The road driveway at -xx.xxxxxx, yyy.yyyyyy and ends at -xx.xxxxxx, yyy.yyyyyy. Adding this driveway will improve navigation."
6. Click Submit
Android
1. Go to the menu (please note that the menu need to be accessed by tapping either the hamburger menu icon on the left of the search bar or the first initial on your name on the right side of the search bar)
2. Go to the bottom of the menu and tap Send feedback
3. Tap Missing road
4. Begin drawing the road, use add point to keep extending the road, then tap Next
5. Do not enter any road name details
6. Select the road type, this will most likely be Local
7. (Optional) Enter any additional information in the Further details field. You could write something like, "This is my driveway. Please add it to improve navigation."
8. Tap Send
You will receive an email shortly after submitting the report. You should keep that email just in case it is needed. Reports can take up to a month to be reviewed. You can check the status by going to the menu, then Your contributions, then the Edits tab. If it is not reviewed within a month or the status changes to "not applied", please let me know.

Please create a new thread so that you can receive further assistance. Separate threads are necessary when dealing with issues like missing roads and addresses. You may want to provide details on any reports you have submitted to fix the problem.
