A map created in My Maps won't save.

The "Saving" Icon keeps spinning but nothing happens.  When I refresh the page it only saves the original two I had managed to saves and loses all other data.  I've refreshed the page multiple times and tried recreating it but I encounter the same problem.  My connectivity is good and I'm not experiencing any issues any where else.

What is your map url?  Can you add or change any point at all in that layer?

Hi Kendra

I have followed the instructions for clearing my cache & cookies.

I've check my browser is up to date (I am using google chrome)

I have also reviewed the browser and computer requirements/issues and everything seems to be in line and I'm still experiencing the same problems.

The URL is:   https://www.google.com/maps/d/edit?mid=z1y8shRaYDk0.kU3eLiost50s&usp=sharing

I've logged out and in again and am still experiencing the same problems.

I am generally able to add about 2 points, and then then the "Saving..." icon just continues and never actually saves.  And if I refresh it only saves the first two pin points.

Hi Zoe,

Thanks for writing back with that information.

Please see this post about a similar issue: Google Maps does not save after entering a coordinate, it just says "Saving..." Google is aware of the issue, and working on a fix.

Cheers,

Kendra
