Update Google Maps

Update your Google Maps app so that you can use features like sharing your location.

To use the most recent app features, download the latest version of the Google Maps app.

Find your Google Maps app version

  1. Open the Google Maps app Maps.
  2. Tap your profile picture or initial Account Circle and then Settings Settings and then About, terms & privacy.
  3. Your Maps version is next to "Version."
