Report an error on the map
If we need to add roads to Google Maps, or something on the map isn't right, you can tell us. Let us know if you notice errors in Google Maps such as:
- Incorrect road names
- Wrong info about one-way and two-way roads
- Incorrectly drawn road
- Road closures
- A road on the map doesn't exist
- Missing roads
- Wrong addresses or marker locations
Tell us about an error
- On your computer, open Google Maps . Make sure you're signed in.
- In the top left, click Menu
Send feedback
Edit the map.
- Follow the instructions.
- Click Submit.
Notes:
- If you're using Maps in Lite mode, you can't report a problem.
- We review your reports, so your changes sometimes take time to be updated on the map.
Report an image problem
If you’ve found an image you would like further blurred, or an image you believe contains objectionable content, follow these steps:
- Locate the image.
- Click or tap Report a problem.
- On desktop, Report a problem is located in the bottom-right of the image window.
- On mobile, Report a problem is located from the flag or menu buttons.
- Select the issue and submit. We’ll review your report promptly.
