Pursuant to the provisions of the Law on Personal Data Protection of North Macedonia, Google LLC has designated the following entity as its authorized representative in North Macedonia for matters related to Google Street View operations:

Polenak Law Firm has been appointed to act on behalf of Google for matters pertaining to the processing of personal data related to the Google Street View service in North Macedonia. This includes but is not limited to responding to inquiries by data subjects and liaising with the Agency for Personal Data Protection in North Macedonia.

Data subjects may continue using established channels to directly contact Google regarding their rights under the Law on Personal Data Protection of North Macedonia related to Google Street View using the “Report a problem” function of Google Street View.
