Share, send, or print directions from Google Maps

The directions you find through Google Maps can be shared with other devices you have, with other people, or printed.

Share directions with others

1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Google Maps app .
2. Tap Directions .
3. Select a route.
4. In the top right, tap More .
5. Tap Share directions.
6. Choose an app to share directions.

Send directions to your phone or tablet

You can send directions you searched for on your computer to your phone or tablet. To send directions to your phone or tablet, you can have only one destination.

1. On your computer, open Google Maps.
2. Click Directions , then enter your desired location.
3. On the map, select a route from the options provided.
4. In the left menu, click Details  Send to phone .
5. Select the device or email that you’d like to send the directions to.
