After my organization's map content has been added to Google's services, can we request that it be removed?
No, under the terms of our content license agreement Google a perpetual and irrevocable right to maintain the content in our services. We require this right because of the complexity of removing any map content from our services once it has been integrated with other datasets. However, if your map content is later found to be unlawful (for example, it infringes the copyright of a third party), we will use reasonable efforts to remove it promptly.
