Delivery incomplete & The recipient server did not accept our requests to connect"

Dear Team,

I am getting " Delivery incomplete & The recipient server did not accept our requests to connect" bounce message when trying to send a email to a particular Domain. However, I am able to receive emails from that domain. Further when checked, I can send emails from Hotmail or Yahoo to that domain and only gmail is not going through.

Can you please help in understanding the issue.

There are a few errors in the set up of that domain, but most would affect delivery from the domain rather than to it.  Are you sending from a Gmail.com account?  I'm assuming that since you get "delivery incomplete" messages, these return to you quite a while after you send a message.  Is that correct?

Is there any more information associated with the messages?

I see two problems that may be affecting delivery. 
First, the name servers are sometimes not responding, but that should only cause "temporary" errors.
Second, the SMTP servers are very slow to connect.  This will be reported as a "did not accept our requests to connect".  
 
I am afraid that there is nothing you can do to fix this.  The domain administrators for southfieldpaints.com need to tune their systems so that they respond more quickly.

This had a items for sale now there not responding back and I bought something from them and never got it Mobutin 9@gmail.com. getyourvipgoods.com. And all. So from Theelectricsooter Store

Yes, I am sending from my gmail account. Delivery Incomplete message will appear after few hours (3-4 hrs). Below is the complete screenshot for your reference.

Just for the information, I sent a message to webmaster@southfieldpaints.com and I got the same results.  They must be missing a lot of messages!  Are they still in business?

If you purchased goods and got no response, you need to take that up with both your financial services provider and local law enforcement.  The issue is probably not one of email delivery.

NB: Internet records indicate that the technical support contact for getyourvipgoods.com is ops+arin@shopify.com.  These records are often way out of date but you could try that email address to see if there is any legitimacy in the site.

Yes, except Gmail and domains/Email services registered under Gmail, rest of the emails are going through. Could not able to figure out the exact reason. Can you point out what can be done.

You'll see this error message if Gmail can’t connect to your recipient’s email server.
What you can do
The problem usually goes away quickly without you doing anything. Try sending the email again later.
If you keep getting the error:
    1. Check if there are any mistakes in the recipient's email address.
    2. Contact the customer support team of your recipient's email provider.

However, it sounds like your issue has nothing whatever to do with Gmail.  Fraud should be reported to your local law enforcement authorities.
