Is Gmail tech support handled by Business Express, Inc?

Trying to import all of my Gmail accounts as well as other platforms under my main Gmail for organization and easy access.

I'm under the impression that Business Express, Inc. is a Tech Partner of some sort with Google/Gmail and they provide support for a fee. Does anyone know if this is true?

If you have a free @gmail.com account, there's NO direct assistance from Google, and anyone else attempting to charge you for services is likely to be a scam.

If you're using Google's G-Suite/Google Workspace product, then you're entitled to free direct help.

I appreciate the response explaining support for a free Gmail Account versus a G-Suite Account. How do you access support if you have a G-Suite Account?

Please click here https://support.google.com/a/?hl=en and scroll to the bottom right for the Contact link. Please note G-Suite has now been rebranded Google Workspace.
