I'm under the impression that Business Express, Inc. is a Tech Partner of some sort with Google/Gmail and they provide support for a fee. Does anyone know if this is true?
If you have a free @gmail.com account, there's NO direct assistance from Google, and anyone else attempting to charge you for services is likely to be a scam.
If you're using Google's G-Suite/Google Workspace product, then you're entitled to free direct help.
