Try to turn OFF the offline mode (Settings > Offline > Enable Offline Mail). It was the only thing that worked for me. Had an e-mail stuck in my Outbox for three months. Instantly gone. You can turn it back on again and it will still be gone from your Outbox.

It appears to be that Tony doesn't know what he's talking about. Hundreds of people have been having this same issue. And I know my eyes aren't lying to me when I go to outbox from the menu. I'm trying to send an email with important information so I can get custody of my children back and it's stuck in my outbox as queued and nowhere can I find a way to fix it. Telling us the outbox doesn't exist is ridiculous when we ALL see it

Google Mail has an Outbox. You can access it from any official application. It is just sad that the google support is dominated by the people that know nothing.

OMG, YES: SO SAD!!!

It’s been a loooooong time since the founders were hungry. They say that Customer Service is one thing that the call centers & online tech support teams in China & India won’t be able take from us. Now I’m not so sure🤔
