Why is there no data in Postmaster Tools? 0 Recommended Answers 10 Replies 48 Upvotes

I added and verified my domain in Postmaster tools more than a week ago, and I have also set-up DKIM + SPF, but there is no data for any of the view in Postmaster tools.

I send 1000s of emails every day.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Try some troubleshooting things:

1. Press several times F5 that refreses the Gmail

2. Clear your cache and coockies

3. Disable TEMPORARELY your anti-virus checker

4. Open private window/safe mode

5. Change browser to see if the issue persists

6. Log out and log in your account

7. Try to open email with labs disabled

Note: ignore the scam reply who asks you to call a number, it's a scam report it!

Is there a certain amount of time we need to wait for things to start showing up after the DNS is updated? We send emails in the thousands daily and set ours up last week and I've yet to see anything. We have a few variations of our domain but I used the one that we specifically send emails through. We are in line with the reqirements listed on the email best practices and I'm not sure what to do next at this point. Any help would be welcome. Thank you!

I'm in the same boat, added PMT last Monday, and we probably send 250-500 emails to Gmail daily, so I find it hard to believe there's no data yet.

Any ideas anyone?

We only have one datapoint on November 7th, albeit we added a domain on November 26th, the rest is empty data. Is anyone reading and replying to this?

Same here no data showing up on postmaster. Gmail is actually blocking my domain and I have now no clue as to why it is happening. If interested check my thread -> https://support.google.com/mail/thread/27427166

It would be nice if someone at Google was assigned to help with these things not just for Gsuite clients but also for other businesses. At the moment it sounds like this is done also on purpose to force you to buy GSuite.
