Can we have more font sizes for gmail?

The gmail default font size is too small, and my coauthors complain about the fonts in my emails too small, especially in the high-resolution screens nowadays.
The large font size is too big, and it looks a bit awkward, compared to the font sizes in my coauthors' emails from outlook...
Can google introduce one more font size between normal and large?
That would be a reasonable large font size, which many people will appreciate.

Thanks!

i dont know if you can do this on ios

enable the  advanced setting (  https://support.google.com/mail/answer/29418  )  for templates , copy a few lines of any font you want , save it as a template  ( see https://blogs-on-gmail.blogspot.com/2019/05/canned-responses.html   )  then compose a new mail , insert that  template  and continue typing in that font, just delete the template  text afterwards , or - if you always begin your emails with the same greeting EG hi / good day / hello - then you use that as the template  part  and you dont have to delete it       note if the receiver doesnt have that font installed they may not see that font   i saw this on another thread but havent tried it  "You can use many fonts in Google Docs, so you might want to compose your messages as docs, then email them from there.  (Use "Email as attachment", then choose "Paste the item itself into the message". Be sure to check "send me a copy" if you want a record in your Gmail.)"

Thanks for the quick reply. That is very helpful.
I also sent the feedback to google.

I will use the template method you mentioned when necessary, which I think is really helpful.
However, most of the time, I will need to write and reply emails quickly, and I hope that I don't have to do these two additional steps. With one more font size option in the setting would be the best.

Hopefully more people will see this and support this suggestion!

Best!
