How to permanently block annoying email addresses and report them?

I have tried blocking the email addresses and reporting them as phishing but it will not do anything at all. I hope that if gmail blocked an email address or if people reported it as phishing, it will no longer be received. What is happening is it is still being receive and that is annoying.

That was a pretty much crappy answer from a supposed Gold Product Expert. WHY is there no option to specifically block multiple emails from a spam email providers site? Such as uilyelp.com which has been overloading my junk box the last few days with literally HUNDREDS of emails? I have not signed up for anything new or given out my address anywhere recently. Gmail knows damm well that emails from addresses like d0o5demxq57kk995n2y5l73wget4rb.net are spam and potentially dangerous. We need an option to block whole sites like this. What can YOU do to make that happen?

Why do I have the option to filter and block email addresses? Why does it say at the bottom of my filtering page that I HAVE NO ADDRESSES BLOCKED? Please excuse me but Gold youwho do you answer problems on this particular page for google? I mean I think its time they pay attention to what we are trying to accomplish here and uh give us some advice instead of the crappers that are pulling this tom foolery. And yes we do have the capabilities to block email addresses, I just keep hitting the walls when i play this through in my head. For some reason, my filters, which I had done wrong initially, there is still something I am not able to do with filters that will make it a final block. So to speak.

I can't even find the block I have searched and searched.. it says the three little dots in the top right corner I see nothing about a sender. When one tell me that you do the little arrow where all the emails show up from the sender and then hit the three dots there's no such thing. I have read The Help five times and I don't know any more than I did

I do not want to open bad email to make it go away. Please add a block option in a prominent place and make it work to completely and permanently block something. Thank you for helping me stop and completely remove scams.
