not receiving password reset emails

Hi! I have an account for an online store, and recently I forgot my password.

I entered in my gmail address and requested a password reset, but no email ever appears in my inbox, spam, trash, promotions, or All Mail. By this point, I've requested the password reset several times, and one of their support people sent me a password reset and nothing arrived.

I've checked my filters, and none of them are for that online store. I have 5 free GB of space left in my storage (out of 15).

Is there some other reason I wouldn't be receiving password reset emails from them?

Please carefully work through the following list.  Not all may apply.
  • Do the senders have your correct email address?  Common issue.
  • Have the senders received a bounce back message?  If you can get that, and post it here, there may be something which tells of a problem.
  • Are people actually sending you any email?
  • Have you searched All Mail, Trash/Bin, and Spam, Inbox, as well as any tabs you have in the Inbox in your account?
  • Have you checked all filters in your account, to ensure that the mail is being correctly processed?
  • Do you have a wrong "Reply To" address set up? https://www.makeuseof.com/tag/custom-reply-to-address/  (if the missing email is a reply).
  • Read https://www.androidauthority.com/gmail-not-receiving-emails-3059172/
Also Gmail messages are missing  could be helpful.  And perhaps Check emails from other accounts

If the senders are using a domain, and their mail is not being received, please advise their domain name.

Is mail being forwarded to you from another account to Gmail, or polled by POP3?  If so -
  • check the account storage of that forwarding account
  • make sure the mail being received into the forwarding account is not going to Spam/Trash/Bin (in that account)
  • make sure the forwarding account has sufficient available storage.
  • make sure the forwarding account is not bouncing incoming messages.
Any mail received by Google for your account, when storage is full, will have bounced back to senders.  This mail will need to be sent again.  Google does not have a copy.

Sorry, I'm not quite sure what this means, just ask for them for their domain name and post it here?
Best maybe the SMTP details they use in their email.  The part after "@" in the address they use to send from.
