Ability to switch between different GMail accounts easily

I have previously been able to access two Gmail accounts easily on my Android phone just by selecting the appropriate icon. ( I need to do this in order to monitor my elderly sister's Gmails, since she is not able to read them herself.)

I now find (since switching to a new Android phone) that I can only switch between the two accounts by laboriously logging off my own account and then entering my sister's login details every time. When I try to 'add another google account' to my own, I am asked for a 'current PIN', and I can't find our how to create one

I see no menu item covering the PIN function in my account manager option list How can I do this please ?

This shouldn't happen if you happen to use the Gmail Android app. Do you access Gmail via mobile Chrome?

I'll check from my end but what would also help is for you to submit feedback regarding this issue directly to the team via the Feedback option in the Gmail Android mobile app. This process also includes relevant device, browser, app, and OS details as well to best help the team. The team is known to read all feedback submitted to them, although they may not respond back unless they desire additional information related to the topic of your feedback. The purpose of sending Feedback is to give the team a measure of the volume of users been affected by an issue or requesting a particular feature. The larger the volume of users asking for a feature or reporting a bug, the higher priority it assumes.
