Linking my gmail adress to my huawei device

I just bought a huawei phone and i cant link my gmail adress to the device coz to do that i need google play services and google play services is not supported by my device. When i try to login to my emails it says "Gmail wont run without Google Play services, which is not supported by your device". Please help me to fix that. Thanks

Hi Thulile Shandu.  Unfortunately no newer model Huawei phones are able to use Google Services owing to a ruling made by the US Government in, I believe, 2019.  Google was one of many companies required not to do business with Huawei owing to security concerns.

If you run a search online you may be able to find a workaround but this is not something I'm comfortable advising here.  I hope you understand.
