Oops, the system encountered a problem (#2014)

I have this issue for about 1 day. In several computers (windows and mac), with several browsers (chrome and edge). I removed all my extensions, clear the cache, etc...
I cannot send any email.
My gmail app on my iphone had the same issue for a few hours. It seems to work now.
Otherwise only the html version of gmail works.
In incognito mode, I have the same issue.
Any advice ?

Thanks for the guidelines.
I tryed almost everything (but the second email account).

However a few hours after your post, the issues disapeared on all my devices by itself.
Thankfully ;-)
If I can help the communauty I would say that for my own understanding it is more a server side issue that something else related to a user/browser configuration

Can you please try the following basic troubleshooting steps and post an update?
  • Check, and if required, update your browser to the latest version.
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies and then test after signing-in.
  • Disable ALL browser extensions, scripts, and add-ons and start the browser again.
  • Test using another supported, updated browser like Firefox, Edge or Safari.
  • Temporarily disable your virus checker as Internet security, firewall and anti-virus applications can prevent Gmail from working correctly - particularly any of its add-ons/extensions that interfere with your access to the web or attempt to check your email. Be sure to turn it back on immediately afterward.
  • Test in another device.
  • Using a second Gmail account.

Hello, i would like to know if there is a fix for this error, I have the same problem and I have tried everything in the troubleshooter and only the html version of gmail  works, even my android device cannot sync the gmail account. If I log in with another account everything works fine.
