Your message couldn't be delivered to *******@.net because it exceeds the size limit.

I send out a weekly email to approx. 200 people with attachments. The attachments are less than 25mb, but some emails are sending back "Your message couldn't be delivered to ****@***.net because it exceeds the size limit. Try reducing the message size and resending."

Why are they receiving this and how can we stop it. Is it on their end or mine?

Based on the error, the receiver has a smaller size limit on incoming messages that what Gmail allows you to send. You'll have to make your message to these folks smaller.
