Account suspended due to TOS violation
1
Hi Guys!
My email account: torresemerson656@gmail.com has been suspended due to TOS violation, I received this from Gmail Support:

"We understand you've recently been unable to access your Google account, and we appreciate you contacting us.
After review, your account is not eligible to be reinstated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
Why was my account suspended?
We recommend viewing the our Google Terms of Service and product-specific policies to better understand what specific actions may have caused the violation.
If you have reviewed our policies and still believe your account has not violated them, please reply with any additional information that may be useful to process this request."

I have school related stuff connected to that email, I reviewed TOS and I haven't done anything stated there. Can someone help me please? Thanks in advance!

Google gave you an offer there to explain why you shouldn't be terminated.  Have you used that yet?

What result?

Gmail is reinstating their policy of deleting inactive accounts, but without being upfront about it. You'll find nothing in the TOS or any of those documents that refers to account inactivity. The TOS is being used as a red herring.

Google never implemented that policy while it existed.  Why would they bother doing a back door trick?  Doesn't sound to me like Christian's account was inactive!
