Lost all my "starred/flagged/important" emails

I had 100,000+ emails in my Gmail that I didn't want/need so I deleted/trashed/emptied trash not knowing that it would take along with the emptied trash my "flagged/starred/important" emails along with the 100,000+ emails. I NEED to retrieve the "flagged/starred/important" gmail emails!!! Total devastation and crippling!!! Please advise someone and thank you, Lorilynn T.

Gmail doesn't have folders.  All your messages are saved in All Mail.  Everything else (Inbox, Starred, Drafts, user-labels, etc) are just "views" into a subset of the messages in All Mail.  And since there's only one copy of any message, if you delete it from any label, you're deleting the only copy, so it's gone from all of them.  If you delete a label you remove that "view", but the messages are still in All Mail.

So when you were cleaning up other labels, you were deleting the only copy of the messages you intended to keep.  This is why you should never clear Trash, because you destroy any chance you have of recovering from a mistake (like this one).

Unfortunately, messages permanently deleted (manually or due to the 30-day auto-delete) from Trash or Spam can not be recovered.  Sorry.

While the following doesn't apply to your case, you can TRY it (nothing to lose)...

For missing/deleted messages as a result of a compromised account try the following help article:  https://support.google.com/mail/answer/78353   (use the "File a report" link)

Levels

Member levels indicate a user's level of participation in a forum. The greater the participation, the higher the level. Everyone starts at level 1 and can rise to level 10. These activities can increase your level in a forum:

  • Post an answer.
  • Having your answer selected as the best answer.
  • Having your post rated as helpful.
  • Vote up a post.
  • Correctly mark a topic or post as abuse.

Having a post marked and removed as abuse will slow a user's advance in levels.
