Cannot sign-in to Google account from Windows Mobile: Your browser is not supported anymore

Dear Support Team,

I am trying to add Google account in Windows Mobile phone. I keep getting the error "Your browser is not supported anymore". I tried on Windows 10 regular and beta versions. I cannot get access to my contact list.
Please fix it ASAP.

Hi Taha - please help me understand - I dont have a windows phone but I try to help users as I can.

when you say it's not the browser - it's a setting option - setting where?  could you provide a screen shot?

I can run this past the Google team but need a little more information that just "it's a setting option" ...

thanks!

Hi Guys,

Is it asking for the password or telling you it is wrong.

Google may have decided that if it's not a Google app it would be less secure so you need to go into My Account while signed into it from your pc or whatever Click on your Avatar/picture/account name to find it and then choose Security Check-up to Allow less secure apps. You need to work from the top down (each in turn) to be able to enable it.

You may need to use the
Captcha from a pc you are signed into to give yourself a ten minute window of opportunity.

My desktop email client still cannot accept gmail anymore. It immediately comes with the dreaded browser page. I use eM Client which worked great with my gmail and other accounts for months. I deleted the gmail account and now cannot re-install it. It all started when I tried to access tasks.
